About the Talk
In this talk, Laurence will introduce the subject of 'Audio Augmented Reality' (AAR), its relationship to visual Augmented Reality, and share some examples of its potential applications.
He’ll be sharing his recent collaboration with 'The Science Museum Group', where two exploratory AAR based sound installations were used to connect musical and media technologies from their collection with digital audio archive material.
There'll be a little AAR demo app for those who want to have a go and you'll get to learn more about music composed by plants and poetry composed by spambots. 🌵 🤖
