About the Talk

In one hundred nudges every day, Nichole Browne will take you through some of the techniques she has used to guide a large government organisation along their accessibility journey.

Over the last three years she has taken accessibility at Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) from zero to hero: increasing awareness, commitment and action at all levels of the organisation. Through passion, unwavering commitment, and a keen eye for how to make accessibility practical, she has built up a network of more than 70 champions. These people represent all the service areas and functions across the agency.

In this session she’ll share how together, they are working to show the impact and benefits that can arise from a proactive approach to accessibility.
