What we're about

Hi aware friends! Welcome, we are so glad you are here! Curious about how to cook traditional foods? Want to know what foods help heal chronic issues? Want to know where to find raw milk and grass-fed beef or pastured pork? Ready to take the next step in your Real Food journey? You've come to the right place! Nourishing Ways of West Michigan wants to help you learn more about how to find and prepare the foods that nourished our great grandparents, foods that can bring us to health and healing.

We meet on the 3rd Tuesday of every month from March to September, with our potluck typically in August (at one of our amazing local farms) and our movie night in September.

And our meetups are run by our chapter leader and local resident Naturopath, Melissa Malinowski.
You can find her here: http://integrativenutritionaltherapies.com (http://integrativenutritionaltherapies.com/) and https://www.facebook.com/IntegrativeNutritionalTherapies/
