Happiness is a habit you can learn, develop, and use.
This group is for everyone interested in getting a better, healthier, happier work/life balance through easy yet effective exercises.
We will study, explore, and practice meditation, mindfulness, and Qi Gong (starting from Ba Duan Jin).
We will use English as a common language, but everyone is encouraged to come and bring his/her experience and culture to enrich the group.

Glück ist eine Gewohnheit, die man lernen, entwickeln und anwenden kann.
Diese Gruppe ist für alle daran interessiert, eine bessere, gesündere, glücklichere Vereinbarkeit von Beruf und Familie (Work / Life Balance) durch einfache, aber effektive Übungen.
Wir lernen, erforschen und praktizieren Meditation, Achtsamkeit und Qi Gong (ab Ba Duan Jin).
Wir werden Englisch als gemeinsame Sprache verwenden, aber jeder wird ermutigt, zu kommen und seine / ihre Erfahrung und Kultur einzubringen, um die Gruppe zu bereichern.

Happiness in the Park - Meditation, Mindfulness, and Qi Gong - last of Summer

Hi all! Sunday, September 22nd we will meet at Rosenau Park for practicing Meditation, Mindfulness, and Qi Gong for a couple of hours, in our weekly Happiness in the Park meeting. This will be our last event in the Park for this Summer, then we will move to the Sushumna Healing Space. Join us to celebrate! This week we will practice part of the Liu Zi Jue (Six Healing Sounds) and the Ba Duan Jin (Eight Pieces of Brocade). In case of rain, we will NOT practice. Dress casually and comfortably, of course. Bring with you a small mat, or a tarp, to sit on the grass, some water to remain hydrated, a notebook if you want to take notes. Most important of all ... bring your happiness to share! We will meet at the entrance from Rosenaustraße
