Note: This meet-up is limited to 50 attendees. You have to RSVP! There will be a waiting list if the RSVP list is full. If you can't make it to this meet-up, you have to take yourself off the RSVP list to free up the spot for somebody else who wants to attend. Please note that we will be more strict with no-shows, from now on: If you are pulling no-shows at multiple meet-ups, expect to be excluded from future events! Thank you!
It's fine to share holiday treats, but keeping the room super clean has priority: no spills, no crumbs, no sticky stuff! We want to keep the room in the next year. No candles or holiday decorations.
Between 6:00 and 6:30 pm - Doors open:
The organizers usually arrive 15 to 30 minutes before the meet-up to set things up. If you like, you can hang out and talk to the other early birds. Networking is encouraged.
6:30 pm - Official start:
Express introduction round and announcements
This is an essential part of the meet-up. Please try to arrive on time!
7:00 pm - Listening Session:
The attendees play their own tracks to the group as well as give and receive constructive criticism.
8:15 pm - Mixer:
Hang out with other group members, network and help each other. - Bringing a fully charged laptop, headphones and a headphone splitter is recommended. Please do not use the power outlets of the venue!
9:30 pm - Official End:
Leave the room.
Make sure to take out your trash.
Do NOT talk to organizers or speakers when they pack-up.
10:00 pm - Room will be locked:
Everybody has to be out of the room! - No exceptions!
We are required by the venue to lock the room at 10 pm sharp.
Attendance is free!
FOOD AND BEVERAGES
You can bring your own light snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. The venue has a Microwave. So you can warm-up food. Please avoid strong smelling food (like fish), as well as leaving drips and crumbs. The Sand Canyon Plaza (http://www.shopirvinecompany.com/centers/irvine/sand-canyon-plaza), next to the premises on Irvine Canter Drive, provides a variety of food options.
Food can only be consumed in the kitchen area!
Again: Alcohol is not allowed on the premises!
Reminder: We will leave the room in clean condition!

Most importantly, bring a friendly and positive attitude! We encourage you to ask meaningful questions, heckling of any sort won't be tolerated. Feel free to bring your fully charged laptop with your DAW and a pair of headphones.
