Originally from Houston, Frank spent 10 years in the energy industry, focused on trading & commodity risk management. He assisted in the sale of Reliant Energy to NRG in 2009. In 2010, He helped launch MP2 Energy, achieving over $100 million in revenue in the first 12 months. In 2013, He was chief risk officer of Tri-Eagle Energy, managing a 120-million-dollar portfolio of commercial and residential customers in 10 states.

In 2014, Frank moved to Orange County. He received an executive MBA from UCLA Anderson and launched REELY, a video platform that automatically generates highlights in real-time for sports and esports using computer vision and AI. The company has a team of thirteen spread across Los Angeles, Boston, South Carolina, and Poland. In November of 2019, REELY processed 2,500 hours of sports content. The company was named one of the top AI startups in sports by Sports Business Journal and featured at TechCrunch Disrupt. In April, Frank transitioned to an advisory role & board member and is now seeking new ventures in Energy and Technology.
