OCD and Anxiety Disorder- Meet, Share, Grow
This is an OCD and Anxiety Support Group where people can share their worries, fears and anxiety in a supportive and non-judgemental and environment. The support group aims to provide those struggling with anxiety with a place where they feel comfortable to discuss anxiety and share what they use to cope with it. Through the support group meetings, one can realise that they are not alone in what they feel and can learn tools to manage their anxiety. The group organiser has a strong psychology background and has received training in cognitive behaviour therapy and acceptance commitment therapy for anxiety disorders from Harvard Medical School, McLean Hospital and the International OCD Foundation. This support group is affiliated with the International OCD Foundation.

What we're about

" Feel the fear and come along anyway" . This is an English speaking Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Anxiety Support Group open to adults struggling with intrusive thoughts, constant worries and negative patterns of thinking. It is a place where we can share our fears, coping skills and victories in a supportive, non- judgemental and confidential environment. Together, we can help each other beat our anxiety and take control of our lives once again.
