I'm super excited to have Hilary Bilbrey, life coach and entrepreneur, joining the panel this time around. She has vast experience in helping people get further in their careers. Hilary will be bringing her wealth of knowledge to the virtual stage for the Krew.

We're going to spend Part 2 on some of the toughest aspects of interviewing. We'll dive into how your confidence can significantly affect your interviewing performance.

Our panel will be detailing their experiences with flipping the table on interviewers, and doing crucial counter-interviewing.

And it wouldn't be a tech interview panel if we didn't talk about negotiating offers. This is a huge one, and some of the negotiating tactics we'll be discussing can help you gain 20-40% increases in total compensation!
