This is a group that provides Ottawa women in business with networking opportunities & support without the exorbitant membership fees like other networking business groups.
Our mission is to offer professional business women with comfortable, casual opportunities to discuss your business needs and to partner with other Ottawa Connected Women. It is a place to share new ideas and learn new strategies for your business. We even socialize or get together for coffee now-and-again!

Requirements for membership:
1) Have a recognizable photo of yourself on your profile.
2) Your real name (please no alias or business names)
3) No selling at the events.
4) Attend if you say YES, frequent no-shows will be removed
5) No drama or unprofessional behaviour
Once you become a member:
We encourage you to attend your first event. Check out the calendar to understand where & when our events take place. Don't see anything that suits your schedule? Not to worry, the events are sporadic and across all areas of the city.
To attend the event and maintain your membership, we require you to SHOW UP. What we mean is, if you RSVP yes, and don't show up, we will mark you as a NO SHOW. We reserve the right to remove members who NO SHOW without notice or cause. We make reservations at various venues and if we have NO SHOWs we lose the right to use their facilities. We consider this a serious offense because it affects everyone.
*We are proud to not have any membership fees. However, we reserve the right to increase them in the future. This group is currently funded by the Main Organizer, Ayn MacDonald. From time to time, we charge for certain events. Most events are free, if there is a small fee, it will be clearly outlined in each specific event (usually the xmas party because we rent a big hall).
