User Research that Doesn't Suck

Details
This month we'll have Victoria (Tory) Schwaner present and we'll talk about user research and how it intersects with the way people are solving their problems right now. In design thinking, we have a multitude of research tools at our fingertips and we'll dive into what a few of those are such as contextual inquiry and user interviews.
Tory Schwaner is a UX Designer at Clevyr in OKC and a recent transplant from Washington, D.C. Previously, she was a UX Design Instructor at General Assembly and a UX Designer at Perceptronics Solutions, a defense contractor in D.C.
In addition, this will be our last event of the year. To celebrate, all are welcome to don their best/worst Christmas sweaters. Everyone who participates will be entered into a raffle to win a prize!
We will also leave enough time for a meet and greet after the talk so that you can get to know the user group organizers and find opportunities with the group.
This event is free and open to everyone.
Please remember to RSVP so we know how much lunch to order for this meetup.
See you all on Wednesday, the 19th!
Where do I park?
You can park in the lot on the southwest corner of Sheridan and Klein. See the parking map in photos.
Happy holidays and a Happy New Year!
