Summary: A quick overview of ways to utilize Cortana Analytics Suite to make better business decisions. We will look at an experiment which produces two machine learning models for predicting customer churn. Churn is when a customer stops using a product or service. If businesses can accurately and timely predict when a customer will churn, preventative measures can be applied to try to retain the customer.
