We are just a bunch of easy going men and women looking to add some more excitement to our poker playing. We feel the more players the more fun and of coarse more money to be won.
Orangeville Home Poker Tour was started by Steven Kerr in 2006 for Season 1.
OPT also runs satellite tournaments to Major Events like The World Series OF Poker, World Poker Tour Events, and Deepstacks Poker Tour Events. By running these Satellites, we have had OPT Members go on to win a WSOP Bracelet, A WSOPc Ring, Venetian Deepstack Extravaganza Titles, as well as Venetian Mega Stack Titles.
If you are someone that is easy going and can take a bad beat every now and then, then we are looking for you to join us in some fun poker action.
Don't let the waiting lists discourage you from signing up as, you will still have a good chance of getting a seat.

The League's Season consists of 14 Tournaments and runs every other Friday.
Each poker tournament is a freeze out cash tournament where players accumulate points to play in the MAIN EVENT after the 14 tournaments have been completed.
WSOP Satellites follow the exact same structure of a WSOP $1500 Event but with 30 minute blinds instead of 60 minutes.
Other Satellites like to WPT Montreal, WPT Fallsview and Great Blue Heron, will follow as close to possible of the event you are winning a seat in, and are held in either Orangeville, or Bolton.
Cash Games are rake free and usually start after there is enough players eliminated from the tournaments and satellites.

Not open - OPT Season 16 - Event 12 of 12 - Mystery Bounty (25,000 chips)Greg's Place (Bolton), Bolton, ON
Each League Game Qualifies You For The Main Event at The End Of Season. You Must Play in 6 of The 12 League Games to Qualify. Top 24 Points Receives Entry Into The Main Event.
The player with the most points at the end of The Season will receive a FREEROLL into the Main Event.
Start Time: 7:00pm
Starting Chips: 15,000 + Option = 25,000 starting chips
Buy-In: $200 ($100 to Prize Pool & $100 to Mystery Bounties) + $10 to Main Event + $10 Option ($220 Total)
Option: $10 for an extra 10,000 in chips (The extra $10 is optional and goes to cover any extra expenses, webpage, cards, chips, snacks, drinks etc.)
Mystery Bounties: Bounties will start after the 1st Break. Bounties can be anywhere from $0 to $1000 depending on number of entries. Each time you knock someone out, you will draw out of a bucket to see what bounty you win (players must draw as soon as they win a bounty)

Re Entry - $220 (includes above option) - Unlimited for FIRST 6 Levels. 50% to prize pool and 50% to Main Event. Re-Entry must be made as soon as you bust.
Surrender Option - At the start of the first break you may surrender your stack and Re Enter for $220 to get 25,000 chips.
Additional Points - Each player will receive an additional 50 Points if registered online by 8pm on the day before The League Game.
Bonus Points - Each player if paid 6mins before game time will receive an additional 50 Points. (game time is the time listed on meetup)
OPT COVID PROTOCOLS:
Bathrooms: Please Only Use The Bathroom in the Basement.
Breaks: Please Only Go Upstairs to Go Outside at Designated Breaks.As Always this is BYOB, I will supply snacks and pop.
