Digital rights meet up

Hello everyone. There are over 60 of us. I think we have a critical mass of people and should convene!

Join us to discuss the current state of digital rights, and what we are planning to do in the upcoming few months. This will be an informal meeting for everyone to get to know each other and talk about ideas for future ORG Oxford meetings. See some ideas here: https://wiki.openrightsgroup.org/wiki/Local_Groups_Resources

To find out more about our topics and ORG's work in general go to:

The meeting is free to attend for ORG Oxford members, so thats everyone here :)

Hi all. I'd be interested in getting the group's views on what us local authorities could be doing with open data that would meet community needs. Would anyone be up for a discussion?

Hi all, there is definitely enough support in the ORG Oxford group to have a meet up to discuss the current state of digital rights, and what we can do about it. Why not meet in a local cafe/ community centre / pub in the next few weeks for a hour or two in the evening and have an informal gathering?

Can anyone suggest a venue in the center of Oxford to meet up? For a suggested date, shall we Wednesday 22nd March, 7pm - 8:30pm?

Let me know your thoughts :)

Sounds great! If anyone is interested, I could talk about a surveillance resistant dropbox replacement that myself and 2 others are working on. It's called Peergos (https://github.com/Pee...).

How old is this? Are there any active participants?
