Open Rights Group comes to Worcester!

Please join us at the launch of Open Rights Group Worcester!
We formed in response to the continued erosion of our rights to privacy and freedom of expression, through legislation such as the Investigatory Powers Act and the proposed Digital Economy Bill.
For this first meeting, it’s a great chance to meet other locals who are interested in Digital Rights and Privacy. We’d like to discuss the issues that are most important to you, and give you the opportunity to shape the future of the group in terms of what activities and events you’d like to see.
ORG Legal Director Myles Jackman will also be in attendance to talk about the legal work that he does with ORG and about the Digital Economy Act, and to answer any questions you might have about the work the Open Rights Group undertakes.
