Are you having difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep as long as desired, tired, depressed, headache unfulfilled, Then come and join our meditation session for Anyone who want to immerse themselves in amazing and simple active and passive meditation techniques for the contemporary people.

Deconstruct previous views of what meditation is, and rediscover an alive, flowing experience- through movement,dance, music, expression, playfulness and silence.

Learn ways to practice at home and find insights into your true self. Nourish the inner, and relax into your being at our meditation session.

Facilitated by Sw Prem Vetto with many years of experience in the world of Osho who find these techniques transforming and fun and would like to share then with you.

Periodically through the months we will also offer classes and workshops to practice other meditations by Osho. So far we plan to include:-

Dynamic meditation
Ecstatic Dance (Nataraj)
Laughing drums celebration
Kundalini meditation
Vipassana meditation
Chakra Breathing meditation
Chakra Sounds meditation
No-Dimension meditation
AUM Meditation (once a month) 2 hours

This week we do Kundalini Meditation.

Unwind and let go at the end of the day. Being fully immersed in the shaking and dancing of the first two stages helps to ‘ melt‘ the rock-like being, wherever the energy flow has been repressed and blocked. Then that energy can flow, dance, and be transformed into bliss and joy- and in the last two stages can flow vertically, upward, into silence.

We organise our regular meditation session at stunning More Yoga Studios in Surrey Quays London. We may organise to other branches of More Yoga Studios according to the participants flow.
