beach camp out

We will be camping on the Colorado river where it runs into the Gulf of Mexico. This is considered one of the best birding destinations in the US. The park offers kayak rentals. There are many waterways & marshes to explore.

Everyone must have own camping gear & food. Bring a stove to cook or make arrangements to share. Car pooling is critical. Only 2 vehicles per site are allowed. There is a $5 per person per day fee each camper must pay. Excess vehicle fees will be paid by driver. Driving this far alone would be foolish.

The camping fee is $20 per person. NO REFUNDS!
