In this talk, we'll cover the importance of Variant analysis and its impact when applied alongside Root Cause Analysis. We'll understand how improper Root Cause Analysis and Remediation, can lead to rediscovery of vulnerable code paths to supposedly remediated code. We'll also investigate the positive impact that Variant Analysis can play in an attempt to eliminate as many vulnerabilities as possible of the same class, within a given product.
