Web Hacking at DTCC in Wilmington

As this is a new venue for us we will give a (very) brief overview of what OWASP is all about, and then we will delve into the main presentation.

Learn to Hack; Hack to Learn: Hands-on with OWASP Web Goat and/or OWASP Security Shepherd

Learn by doing with these self-contained challenge/education suites. I will give a brief overview of what these projects are all about, and then I will give misc. demos and challenge the audience with hands-on labs for various web app security testing topics.

To get the most from the meeting you should plan to participate, so BYOC - bring your own computer. If you are just getting started then I recommend Virtualbox with Web Security Dojo. Setup info is here: http://files.meetup.com/16676252/Dojo-intro-and-setup.pdf

Room E112 should be in East building.

Visitors can park for free in Lot 1 across from the building's main entrance, or in the parking garage south of Lot 1. Ample parking is expected at 6 PM.

Visitors should present an ID to the security guards and tell them their destination (OWASP meeting in room E112). Visitors will need to sign the visitor's log when they arrive (no need to sign out when they leave).
