This is a meetup group for Auckland-area events held by the New Zealand chapter of the Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP). We have several local meetings a year, and host the annual OWASP New Zealand Day conference in Auckland.

We’ll kick off the festivities with Welcoming Remarks and a Keynote presentation at 12:01 a.m. on Sunday, 7 June. Then, each hour, the (virtual) floor will be handed over to a leader from another OWASP Chapter, who will introduce speakers from their chapter/region.
At 12:00 Sunday night, we’ll wrap things up with a brief recap and closing remarks, adjourn around 12:30 Monday morning.
OWASP New Zealand will be hosting two talks at 12:00 noon (local time) on Sunday.
The entire event will be live-streamed on the OWASP Chapters All Day YouTube Channel (link provided upon RSVP). Each presentation segment (usually one hour in length) is hosted by a different Chapter Leader and will be streamed separately.
Live viewers will need to select a new stream to view each host change, while those viewing the recordings later will find 25 videos, listed by hour and host chapter (e.g., “OWASP Chapters All Day - Hour 01 - Opening Session” or “OWASP Chapters All Day - Hour 13 - New Zealand”).

We'll plan to meet on the second Tuesdays of March, May, July, September, and November. There will be no Meetup in January, as our members enjoy their holidays.
Orion Health has agreed to host our meetings, as our default meeting location. However, we're happy to welcome other hosts. I'll update this Meetup, if we have another organisation volunteer as host.
At Orion, we'll meet in the main conference room. Entry will be through the staff entrance, just to the left of the main Reception entry. To comply with facility security requirements, all attendees will need to sign in.
At each meeting, we'll have the following general agenda:

6:45 - 7:15 - OWASP Top 10 Focus Discussion
7:15 - 7:45 - Networking and Refreshments
7:45 - 8:30 Technical Presentation, followed by Discussion/Q&A
8:30 Adjourn to local pub, if desired, for further networking
