OWASP New Zealand - Auckland-area Meetup

For September, we're shifting from our usual schedule, so we can hear a special presentation from Dr. Pedram Hayati, founder of [SecTalks.org](https://www.sectalks.org/). He'll be in Auckland the week of 19th September, and has kindly offered to present a talk on Unicode Security in applications.

Doors open for networking from 6:00; programme starts at 6:30.

We've also restarted our introductory coverage of the OWASP Top 10, with the 2021 edition. September's Top 10 topic will be A04:2021 - Insecure Design.
