In this fun, friendly, and supportive group, we will: conquer exercise dropout habits by learning about the 5 Stages of Change; discover the 3 superpowers that will enable YOU to make lasting change on YOUR terms; and be empowered to reject the negative feelings surrounding "exercise" by redefining what it means for YOU to be ACTIVE.
