I have some experience in primarily Tai Chi, Qigong, Hsing Yi, Ba Gua, Wu Dang, and Shaolin Kung Fu. I also currently take Jiu Jitsu classes (beginner) and try to incorporate both striking and grappling into the lessons.
Classes are free, but a high level of commitment is demanded (if you are just doing this as a way to get some exercise, please look elsewhere). We practice in Evanston, but I can also come to Chicago as long as there is a space.
If you love talking about how much you've learned in 30 years on your kung fu journey, be prepared to put the pads on and prove it :)
