What we're about
Do you want a kick-ass army of allies that have your back, encourage you to live big, and are there to help you create, mastermind and bring into the world what you know is possible...and have fun in the process?
The Ollin Alliance (pronounced “ALL-in”) is a community of passionate explorers and leaders of all types that want to learn and practice the advanced skills of personal, collaborative and collective mastery in order to create a truly emergent leading-edge community.
Wanting to collaborate and contribute to the common good is awesome! However it’s not enough. We need a fundamental shift in the way we collaborate and create together*.
That shift requires, individually and collectively...expanded skills, frameworks and perspectives. It requires a forum to learn, practice and experiment. We hope to offer that and more through The Ollin Alliance.

*We use the analogy of shifting from an “Orchestra” model to a “Jazz Improv” collaboration….where each person has their unique instrument (Expression) which they are an expert in. Each player comes together with the intention of playing amazing music (Purpose), but rather than a fixed song, the joy comes from what emerges (Growth) as they lean into each other supporting “what the music wants” and each other in their solos (Connection.)
What is created is beyond any song we could have imagined.
This meetup is one of the local pathways groups of The Ollin Institute (http://www.ollininstitute.com) that offers training, events and collective ventures that cultivate connection, expression, purpose and growth. See a list of our groups HERE. (http://www.ollininstitute.com/meetups)
We are actively looking for individuals that would like to host, offer a workshop, or partner with us in organizing the group.
