Diagnosing and Treating MMD: Multiple Methodology Disorder!

Topic: Some companies transform their entire organization to become an Agile Enterprise, while others add Agile to existing processes. Even if you did work for the former, team members' old habits have a way of creeping back in. In either scenario, your team may be suffering from Multiple Methodology Disorder! So, what can you do about it? In this session, I'll talk about the signs of MMD and how team members can help treat MMD on their team or in their organization and help them become "more Agile." I'll share some tips on influencing change and helping teams through the confusion created when Waterfall activities still exist. In some cases, it may mean leveraging traditional Project Management skills, yet being a true servant leader to motivate others.
