EKS Anywhere Deployed on VMware Complete with an API Gateway

Amazon EKS Anywhere is a new deployment option for Amazon EKS that allows customers to create and operate Kubernetes clusters on customer-managed infrastructure. This session will demonstrate how to install EKS Anywhere onto an existing VMware cluster using nested ESXi configured with vSAN for storage.

Additionally, EKS Anywhere does not have a built-in Kubernetes ingress gateway, so the demonstrated solution will use Gloo Edge to provide ingress and API Gateway capabilities. With Gloo Edge, you will be able to route traffic from the edge directly to your EKS Anywhere cluster in a secure and performant manner.
