What we’re about

This is a group for those who want to learn self-help techniques to improve their health and well-being. We meet on Wednesday Mornings in the center of Taunton for coffee and a chat. At just £3 a meeting, you get support from an experienced Counsellor and other group members whilst you learn self help skills to combat your stress, anxiety, low moods etc .... and improve your outlook on life.
