OnTrac considers food as central to wellness, but not exclusive. We support each other to develop our own plans to create vibrant lives, by learning about our foods, why we make our sometimes less-than-helpful choices, and ways to overcome them. The emotional aspects of eating and attaining weight wellness are a focus for our group. Respect for our thoughts and feelings about this topic are a vital part of the success of our group. Restrictive diets and prepackaged diet food and shakes are not the answer to being overweight, as you are likely to regain the weight lost.
