The time has come to be your happiest self! OMC offers practice sessions, workshops, courses, half-, one-, and multi-day events to inspire and motivate individuals to become their happiest, most inspired selves who live life on purpose. When we focus on the moments, the years take care of themselves. I invite you to slow down, turn your focus inward, and realize your authentic abilities for compassion, resilience, whole-hearted, on purpose living, and happiness.

Tea Time at Wooden Hill Brewing Company (FREE)

This is a FREE Mindfulness session at Wooden Hill Brewing Company, followed by a social hour! Hang out with me at Wooden Hill Saturday, June 20th 11am! Mindfulness Session by Kathleen: We'll use Mindfulness to go inward, connect to inner peace and calm. We'll start with some light movement (for every body!), have time for meditation (guided and silent), and end with some relaxation. Social Hour: Tea time! This is a great time to mingle with your fellow Mindfulness folks, ask questions, and relax while enjoying some Wooden Hill Brewery beverages, including their very own "Steeped!" Not only is this a FREE event, but you'll actually get a chance to get stuff! Those who attend will get a chance to win: $10 gift certificate to Wooden Hill Brewery $25 gift certificate to One Moment Center 2020 events When: Saturday, March 28th 11am-12pm, followed by social hour and tea time. About Mindfulness: Mindfulness is choosing to be aware of your present moment, and doing so non-judgmentally. We go to the gym and fitness classes to keep our body healthy. Mindfulness is how we keep our brain healthy. And a you know, your brain runs your whole system...including the choices you make about going to the gym! Especially during recent events and the changing global landscape, this is the time to tune into your stillness. It may seem especially difficult during times of stress to find calm and stillness. In this workshop we'll practice strategies for finding stillness within no matter what is going on outside of you. In stillness we can rest, restore, and build our resilience. In stillness we can connect with our true self, true values, and respond with wisdom. In stillness we find our inherent power.
