Tai Chi in One Tree Hill Pages

Hi there,
For all those interested in practicing or learning Tai Chi here is a new meetup you may enjoy.
We will be practicing the 18 step and Yang Style Simplified 24 Step in the very tranquil environs of One Tree Hill and it would be great if you could come down.

Beginners through to experts are all welcome.

We try to start as close to 10am as we can every Saturday morning.
We normally start with some warm ups, followed by the 18 form then the 24 form, this would take us through to around 11am.
A hot cup of tea follows for those who can stay.

What a great start to the weekend!

1. Enter One Tree Hill from the Greenlane West entrance.
2. Follow Pohutukawa Drive until you come to a large round about.
3. Turn sharp left at the round about into a large car-park.
4. If you drive straight ahead in the car park you should see a small group of people exercising on the grass. That will be us.

There is no charge for this meetup as the more that can come the merrier.

Our Teacher, Nick, has been learning Tai Chi for many years now, he is a Kiwi but has studied Chinese Medicine, has a very good understanding of the Philosophy of Tai Chi and also can speak Mandarin fluently.
This makes him a very good teacher to help pass on many of the subtleties of this ancient art form to people of non-chinese origin.

We meet every Saturday morning, and regardless of how many people say they are coming on this website, normally have about 10-15 ppl come along.

Hope to see you there.
