After the success of the first rebooted Open Charity meetup, we're really pleased to announce the second event to take place in late January.

Agenda:

• 6:30-7pm Welcome and nibbles

• 7-7:10pm Introduction

• 7:10-7:30pm "Why use Jira and Confluence to get things done?" and Q&A - Greg Franklin, Agile Lead at Cancer Research UK

Greg will be discussing how to get the best out of the tools "Jira" and "Confluence" to manage digital projects. Best of all the tools are free for Charities to use.

• 7:40-8pm "Product Management in support of digital transformation and beyond" and Q&A - Kate Leto, Freelance Product Consultant

Kate will be discussing how the principles and practices of Product Management can support any organisation on its digital transformation journey. Embedding Product as a way of working will provide ongoing value to the audiences, business and tech teams.

• 8-8:20pm Lightning Talks

• 8:20-9pm Socialising and networking in the JG open space

Whether you’ve been to our meetings before or are completely new to the group, you are welcome to join us to learn, talk and share your ideas.

There will be nibbles and drinks, and an opportunity to network and socialise afterwards.
