Let's map! Missing Maps Mapathon at Think Company Kumpula

Join the Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team (HOT) for a mapping party at Helsinki Think Company Kumpula on October 2nd at 4.15pm! We will trace roads and human settlements from satellite images into OpenStreetMap in order to support disaster response efforts and local development projects in the most vulnerable parts of the world. No previous experience with mapping is required, everyone interested in the topic is welcome to join.

The event starts with a short editing tutorial after which we will contribute to the mapping of a HOT task from https://tasks.hotosm.org/. Please bring your laptop and an external mouse. Coffee, tea and snacks will be served :)
