Django 3.0 release party

The Django team is happy to announce the release of Django 3.0. We at Kaplan Open Source are also very happy as this release has a feature we initiated and helped developing.

So we'd like to celebrate version 3.0 by doing a community meetup over drinks. We also chose a uniquely named location for that - Django.
