Whatever it is that drives you to train with us, it will be well worth it!!!
Each class will be about 60 minutes long, very intense, and nothing for weak minded people! During each session we will be working on speed and agility, coordination, muscular strength and endurance, good balance, a strong core and good cardio respiratory endurance! We will be working with a lot of equipment (battle rope, sandbag, medicine balls, sling trainer, running resistance bands, speed ladder, cones, speed hurdles...) but we will also mix in a lot of body weight training!! Our goal is to find our limits, and once we found them, push a little harder :)!! It is fun! It is hard! It is very rewarding! Come and meet me at those beautiful No-Co parks!
Please always bring enough Water or Sports Drinks! Also wear good Running Shoes!! Towels can be brought on bad weather days for people who like to clean up after training ;)
Remember that we do train in winter! When it is below freezing you NEED to bring clothes to throw over after training!!!!! LAYERING is your best friend for those cold, cold days!
And yes, we train outside just about 365 days of the year!!!
We are meeting for a 2 hour backflip workshop. This class will teach us all the mechanics and tricks to this cool skill! The coaches are amazing! I will let you know about pricing as soon as I know how many people are going to attend!
