Open Screening is held the 2nd Sunday of every month at 7:00 PM in the theater at Seattle Film Institute, hosted by Greg Gould. Open Screening is an "open mike night" for video and digital media arts; an open forum for filmmakers and digital media artists- ranging from amateur to professional. Discussion follows each screening.
How it works: for the locals:show up around 6:30pm, Bring your Mobile, Your Stick, Your Drive, Your DVD and YES>VHS TAPE. Make sure it's cued, maximum ten minutes in length or less, first come-first screened.
This open forum screening program has run for almost 30 years here in the shadow of the space needle. Come join us for an open screening and discussion of your Media Art of almost any kind. Cost to submit or attend: Is a requested $5.00 donation.
