We're a community dedicated to wellbeing. Specifically, we facilitate the four basic practices of wellbeing (physical movement, healthy meals, social connection, and stress reduction) that underlie physical and psychological health. We don't teach classes or give lecture: we DO these practices, together, in community. And we have fun!
Accessible, Collaborative, and Affordable
Open Source Wellness is not run by psychotherapists, nutritionists, physical therapists, or chefs, because frankly, the basic practices underlying health are not rocket science. Instead of offering expensive boutique wellness, we are facilitating the structures by which individuals and communities can create a culture of health.
Instead of talking about wellness, we DO the thing that will make a difference in health and wellbeing. Today. Together.
We believe that new behaviors ‘stick’ when we make them pleasurable, rewarding, and integrated into our lives. We take the suffering out of exercise and healthy food, making wellness a fun, social, and nourishing experience that members want to return to.

The power in our method comes from the quality of attention that we cultivate in our coaches and our members. We make use of technology, but we’re not tech-based; we’re leveraging the power of intentionally-cultivated community to transform health.
