The Death of Enterprise Architecture: defeating the DevOps, microservices, and cloud-native assassins

Enterprise architects are often not sure what their role in DevOps and cloud-native should be. It seems like they’re cut out of the loop. Nonetheless, if you’re helping oversee 19,000 developers (as at JPMC), there’s probably some big picture, er, “governance” that’s helpful. This talk goes over what I’ve found out so far in talking with EA-types who’re figuring out their role in cloud-native ways of doing software.
