OpenStack Romania Meetup - October 2018 meetup

Dear OpenStackers,
It’s been a while since we last met over the summer so, it is a great pleasure to announce our next OpenStack meetup.
This edition is organized by Sardina Systems in partnership with Skylab Startup Development!
In this regard, we are bringing in quite interesting presentations from Sardina Systems talking about OpenStack + Kubernetes.
