Please join us for the Agile Mindset Book Club meeting about "A Scrum Book - The Spirit of the Game."

Have you ever worked with a team that said they are doing Scrum, but when you took a closer look it didn't seem quite on point? Maybe they are even going through the motions, but it still seemed to be not hitting the mark. How could that be? Perhaps they moved away from "The Spirit of the Game." What is that Spirit?

As one of the authors of this book is Jeff Sutherland (one of the creators or Scrum and one of the signers of the Agile Manifesto), I thought this may be a particularly good source to learn more about the spirit of Scrum, the intent of the direction from the Scrum framework, and what we should keep in mind as Agile professionals as we work with our Scrum team.
