Agile Coaching Dojo Session, Inspired by "Extraordinarily Badass Agile Coaching"

Do you want to work on your agile coaching skills? Want to practice so you have those perfectly-timed powerful questions on the tip of your tongue? Want to learn more about the arc of a coaching conversation and practice using it in a safe space? Join us in an Agile Coaching Dojo session!

Several of us joined in on an excellent call with Bob Galen on 4/20. During this call about his new book, "Extraordinarily Badass Agile Coaching", we talked about coaching arcs, and even had a chance to role play. A few of us decided we would like to connect again and continue to role play and refine our agile coaching skills. With this in mind, I am setting this one hour session for an Agile Coaching Dojo, where we can help each other practice by role playing some scenarios we may encounter as an agile coach.

You can join, even if you have not read the book. This will be a safe space, where experimenting and learning is welcome! We will learn together, and support each other. If it is well received, we can do this again in the future. I will put together a few items on a Lucid board to give us a little reference of the coaching arcs, and get us started this evening.

Note: Cameras on will be an important part of the interaction for this session. Please plan on having cameras on and being engaged for the full hour, so we can connect and make the most of this session!
