WHO IS THE FIT CLUB CHALLENGE FOR?! All ages, All Levels. It’s for anyone who is ready to make a positive change in their life. Whether you have over 100lbs to lose, or you are working to fight off the last 10lbs. Maybe you are wanting to lean-up, build muscle and get stronger…or maybe you are someone who genuinely wants to start living a healthier lifestyle! No matter who you are…the Fit Club is for you…you just have to take that first step and commit to it!

Each challenge will be a 4 week commitment from you to meet 3 times per week for a total of 12 fitness days during the challenge. Everyone who wants to play MUST complete a Current Health Evaluation and Body Scan/Metabolism Test prior to joining the challenge. Please view our schedule on our Facebook page at for the registration dates available.

Please bring a towel and/or exercise mat, plenty of water to drink, and 2#-8# dumbbells and a great attitude. If you don’t have dumbbells bring water bottles.
