Before NerdWallet, she worked on words and experience for Spright, an app connecting pregnant women and new moms with parenting professionals. She's also been an agency-based UX researcher (EchoUser); an entertainment editor and TV blogger (POPSUGAR Entertainment); a news reporter (San Jose Mercury News), and a graduate student (UC Berkeley, Masters in Information Management and Systems). Orly Sibony is a user researcher at NerdWallet who focuses on qualitative and quantitative research. Her core strengths are empathy, research moderating techniques including focus groups and interviews for unbiased feedback and championing user research among cross-functional teams.
