Thanks everyone for joining us every month for UX Speed Networking. Let's keep one major topic in mind this Friday when you meet and mingle with fellow designers and creative professionals:

As part of this year's vision to create better connections in the UX community we are borrowing a successful idea from our friends in San Diego at UX Speakeasy so you can meet peers and possible mentors right in your neighborhood.

We are hosting a small-scale event using a mock speed dating format that allows you to quickly make connections in your community.

Here's how it will work:

6:30-7:00:
Meet at the venue and socialize. Make sure you connect with Deanna for any directions they might have for you.

7:00-7:45:
You'll be given a set of questions and paired off with someone you don't know, then be given 10 mins to learn as much about each other as possible. You'll have 6 rounds to meet others.

7:30-8:30:
More socializing and continued conversation

You'll be added to the OCUX Slack channel to connect with your new peers!

This is a 21 and over, no-host event. You will be responsible for your own food and drink.
