What we're about
Upcoming events (4+)
Yin yoga is a slow, deep stretch style of yoga that targets the deepest tissues of the body. Holding the passive stretches for 3-5 minutes while focusing on breath allow us to get beyond the muscles to the ligaments, joints, bones and fascial networks of the body. While we do not have the access to bolsters and pillows usually used in this style of class, we will have the fresh air, rustling leaves and sound of birds to help us get into a deeper state of relaxation. Class is perfect for the beginner or the advanced yogi, my goal is to help you access the body's natural healing, while opening up energy channels in the body for a refreshed and renewed feeling that you can take with you throughout your day or week.
Bring a mat, water and dress in layers for changing weather. If it is cooler outside, we may do a little bit of warming up the body before the stretching.

See you in the park!
Not in Orange County, but a lovely park, overlooking the water. This is a gentle yoga class, perfect for beginners. There is the option to practice in the shade or the sun. Bring a mat, water and dress in layers.
We take class slowly, doing extra stretches and breathwork.
Hope you can join us!
