Join Luis Garcia and Jimmy Martinez, AWS Solutions Architects, who will discuss best practices of establishing a Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE), and how to avoid some of the common pitfalls. As enterprise customers embark on their Cloud adoption journeys, one of the challenges they face early on is - how to ensure internal alignment of LOBs, IT, Security, and Finance teams. This alignment is imperative to ensure organizations can effectively carry out business objectives from Concept to Production. Creating and implementing the CCoE framework is critical to the success of an organization’s cloud journey. A well-established CCoE consists of a cross-functional team members responsible for developing and managing the cloud strategy, governance, and best practices that the rest of the organization can leverage to transform the business. Establishing a CCoE is difficult, but it is the foundational element that will have the most impact to your success in the Cloud.
