According to Medical News Today, i the US, 1 in 2 women and 1 in 3 men will develop cancer in their lifetime. Everyone is affected now, whether it's you directly or a friend or family member. So what contributes to healing? Whether you're taking a conventional holy grail approach or have chosen to reverse cancer naturally, nutrition and physical activity are essential to healing.
Physical fitness is wonderful for the physical body and for improving your emotional state. This group is a support group to bring people together so that we can get our bodies moving and alleviate the mental burden of this dis-ease we're going through. We won't just do physical activities like walking in nature. We can also go to healthy organic restaurants together and have discussions to alleviate the burdensome thoughts that can take over and stop us from moving forward with healing.
Note this group will be all inclusive. Cancer doesn't discriminate so neither will we. All races, religions, non religions, ALL genders, political affiliations. I don't care if you like Doctor Who, Dr. Oz or Dr Dre, everyone who needs support is welcome.
