ONLINE: Presentation at Stoic Salon: GAIUS RUBELLIUS PLAUTUS

Details
New time! 5PM Eastern, 10PM BMT, 7AM Australia EST
Who were the lesser-known ancient Stoics? And what did they contribute to philosophy? Most of the time, we speak about Seneca, Epictetus and Marcus Aurelius, but in this presentation, StoicDan and Dr. Jerry Everard will talk about GAIUS RUBELLIUS PLAUTUS.
This is one of a series of presentations for the Stoic Salon (a group based in the UK). These presentations are based on the recently-published book "The Lives of the Stoics" by Ryan Holiday and Stephen Hanselman.

Rules
Like Orlando Stoics, this group enjoys open-minded, respectful conversations on Stoicism and related topics. Sometimes "we agree to disagree", but the long-term goal is to improve our minds via group discussions.
In general, Stoicism teaches us how to handle difficult people and events, how to avoid anger and worry, and overall to use moderation in all aspects of our lives.
This meeting is free and open to the public.
