Lost Mine of Phandelver is an adventure that will take a character from level 1 to level 5 (note: you can start out at level 2, but will not be able to take a level until the rest of the party catches up).

Your party was hired in Neverwinter by an excited dwarf named Gundren to transport and guard a wagon of supplies to the tired old town of Phandalin several days southeast. Gundren said he would meet you there and left with a human partner, Sildar, to prepare the way. While excited about something, Gundren would not say what it was. The first few days have been unexciting and you've seen nothing but other travelers on the road and at one point a flock of some large flying creatures, but they stayed far enough away you could not even identify them.
