What we're about

This group is for EVERYONE, no matter what age or fitness level, who want to improve their fitness level. Let’s have fun and encourage each other! This workout will be about what we can do today and working towards where we want to be. An experienced, professional certified trainer from Real Fit will be leading the group. We won’t have to think – we just have ‘to do’. So bring your friends! This will be a very positive, inspiring way to start out our week!
