This is a gathering for anyone interested in practicing Osho Dynamic Meditation in Singapore, an incredible technique to destress, declutter, clear stagnant emotions, express yourself and ultimately find stillness within. Currently we try to meet once a month and twice a year we host a 21-Day Series of Dynamic Meditation (usually May and November).
During this unique 1-hr process, you will journey through 5-stages including dynamic breathing, cathartic expression, active mantra, silence and free dance. Dynamic Meditation is a powerful technique to release stored emotions, clearing the way for deep silence. This technique is suitable for beginners or long-time practitioners. The experience is always different! Though the meditation is excellent for individual self-practice, a unique depth is reached when practiced with group energy. Join us for this dynamic inner journey! The meditation is best practiced in the early morning so as to bring energy & awareness to the day ahead. It is a wonderful method of 'cleaning house' and allowing repressed emotions, thoughts, energies to be released and to clear the way for silence.
