Do you like to be active in the outdoors? Are you social? Do you like to get fit and meet new people? I do! Please join this group if you agree! The idea is to meet every (other) week to exercise in one of the many beautiful parks of Oslo. We'll warm up with some easy running, then the main workout will consist of bootcamp/crossfit exercises (for those not so familiar with that: it can be anything from jumping jacks, plank, squats, lunges, push-ups, to running up hills, stairs, and jumping on benches or low walls, etc.), some running in between, and a lot of fun! In principle, all skills are welcome, as long as you are willing to give your everything for an hour and are open to meet new people and to socialize. So come in proper sportswear, and bring a water bottle and a big smile =). Please note that this is not an actual sports class and I am not (even near to) a certified fitness instructor. Attending is at your own risk. I just want to work out, have fun, and meet new people. Attending the sessions means that you acknowledge and accept this :).
